The new Food Code requires one certified food protection manager per location in order to stay in compliance. ServSafe Certification meets this requirement.
In order to serve our members, we are planning to host a ServSafe training at our conference location, the Iowa Events Center, on Wednesday, June 16th. This is a separate cost from our conference registration and requires a separate registration which you can find at the link below. We are limited to 35 attendees for this class, so please register early.
Class Time: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm **1 hour for lunch on your own will be given
Cost: $100 SNA Iowa Members, $150 Non-Members
